Pronunciation for Experienced ESOL Teachers

In this workshop, participants will engage in activities that have them learn pronunciation and intonation in other languages and then analyze the activities in terms of presentation, practice and use. We will also explore sound/spelling correspondence and examine computer software that deals with this issue. In addition, we will review charts and logs that can help students access success.

This workshop is intended for both those teachers who attended the "Introduction to ESOL Pronunciation" in October as well as experienced ESOL teachers. Part of the workshop will be a review and update on the activities done during the October workshop.
