[Sabeswest] SMARTT New User May 10 @ HCC

On May 10, here at HCC, SABES will be holding the last SMARTT New User
training of the fiscal year. This workshop is appropriate for people 
that need
to start from square one with SMARTT.

Participants will:

    * understand the purposes and uses of SMARTT for accountability and
      program management
    * be able to identify SMARTT features and terminology, and to
      navigate through the various sections of SMARTT
    * be able to perform basic data entry functions, such as adding
      students; entering goals, assessments, and follow-up; enrolling
      students in classes and entering attendance; exiting students from
      classes and from program
    * be able to locate and understand student, staff and class data
    * be able to locate and print follow-up response and assessment reports
    * know how to access the Quick Guide and SMARTT manual on the web
    * will know how to obtain SMARTT technical assistance via the SMARTT
      email list(s) and the SABES Regional
