[Sabeswest] translation help needed

Hi all,

A student needs to have a personal history translated from Indonesian to English for CIS.  She does not have money to pay a service to do this and she does not have transportation.  Maybe she could mail the document.  I'm sure we can arrange for transportation if needed.
