It's official the SMARTT NU has been postponed until Friday.  Since this 
is a statewide training and that it is  being held @ Deven's, where it's 
predicted they will get more snow and perhaps sleet and freezing rain 
more that here @ QCC and that Thursday AM will have "BLOWING A DRIFTING 
SNOW WILL BECOME AN INCREASING THREAT WEDNESDAY NIGHT AND THURSDAY."  
weather at alerts.weather.com It's been decided not to chance it.  Could 
you please post to your regional SMARTT list.  Thanks

Patty, Joanne is emailing and following up with a phone call to all the 
participants that don't respond to email.  Akira she will collect a list 
of participants that can't make Fridays session for your next training.
