Your Community Partnership



Is your ABE Community Partnership stuck in neutral?  Then rev it up and get it moving again!



At this 4-hour workshop, you will develop practical strategies and coordination skills to help your community partnership become more task oriented and action driven, and increase your members' shared responsibility for implementing the strategic plan.  Encourage all of your partnership's members to attend the workshop!



Through attending the workshop, participants will be able to:

1.     Increase Community Partnership members' responsibility and participation by matching their skills and interests with specific strategic plan implementation tasks

2.     Organize the structure of the Community Partnership to enable effective implementation of the strategic plan

3.     Facilitate the work of the Community Partnership in identifying outcomes that are consistent with the strategic plan

4.     Lead the Community Partnership members in developing realistic, outcome-based action plans in order to implement the strategic plan

Presenter Patricia Pelletier has been a consultant providing expertise in non-profit management, development, community and strategic planning and program design for federal, state and local non-profit organizations since 2000.  She has extensive experience working with ABE Community Planning Partnerships as the Director of Planning and Development at the Community Action, Inc., Haverhill, as a member of a community planning partnership, and a s a workshop developer and presenter for SABES.  She is currently a consultant for Workforce Development and Community Planning at Northeast SABES.
