The Commonwealth Workforce Coalition is very pleased to announce that

“Working with Participants” - a 35 hour training institute over nine
weeks - will 
start on September 26th, and then meet every other Wednesday in
Holyoke.   

This course has been developed particularly for frontline staff in
their 
first year or two in the Massachusetts workforce development system.  
The four 
training modules focus on Soft Skills, Assessment, Case Management, and
World of 
Work.   The course is hands-on and interactive, with four excellent 
practitioner trainers.   

The course brochure and application form are attached for your review. 
 
Please note that the application deadline (including receipt of the
$200 fee) is 
September 12, 2007 at noon.
