Another message from WE LEARN.  This one is a call for student writings for the journal WE LEARN publishes called, "Women's Perspectives."  Direct any questions to Mev Miller, as listed below.

The theme for Women’s Perspectives #2 is Women Who Dare ~ Daily Steps to Big Accomplishments. Attached (in MS Word) please find the Call for Writings by Adult Literacy/Basic Education Students. (There are 2 versions: one for students with writing prompts, and one for teachers/tutors with lesson plan ideas.) 

Women's Perspectives #2: Women Who Dare ~ Daily Steps to Big Accomplishments will showcase writings by adult literacy/basic education students across all levels. This collection will continue to empower women to exhibit the positive effect they have in our communities.

The DEADLINE to send writings is December 22, 2006.
