[Sabeswest] The Literacy Project's Spring Scholarships

The Literacy Project is pleased to announce that scholarships are available for GED graduates who are continuing their education in college or a vocational training program.  The award is open to current or former students from all Literacy Project sites and programs, including the Amherst Adult Learning Center, the Pioneer Valley Adult Learning Center in Northampton, the Charboneau Adult Learning Center in Greenfield, the North Quabbin Adult Learning Center in Orange, the Ware Adult Learning Center, or the Distance Learning Program. 

 

Each award is $1000 and should be used for the Spring 2007 semester.  Applications are available at The Literacy Project's website, www.literacyproject.org, or at any Literacy Project learning center.  Applications are due by December 9, 2006, and awards will be announced by January 15, 2007.    For more information, visit our website or call our main office at 413-774-3934.
