BlankHere are some unique online health literacy materials. They are free and used by  ESL & ABE programs across the country and in other English Speaking  
countries.

Nutrition, Diabetes and High Blood Pressure
These interactive health literacy exercises provide practice in 3 areas:   Understanding food and reading a nutrition label, understanding basic  information about diabetes and basic information about high blood  pressure. They have introductions spoken and printable in English,   Arabic, and Somali

Medicine Labels and Warnings
These interactive health literacy exercises provide practice in 4   different skill areas: reading a prescription medicine label, reading an   over-the-counter OTC medicine label, reading special warning labels and   information about side effects. They also have introductions spoken and   printable in English, Arabic, Hmong and Somali.  They are available at  the web page listed below and by the end of the Month Spanish versions  will be added.
