        Community Education Support Program Director

                                    The Gray House



Job Title: Community Education Support Program (CESP) Director

Reports to: Executive Director

Other: 30 hours a week (flexible), full year position and immediate job opening



Job Summary:

Administers, designs and evaluates CESP adult education program (educational 

components of the CESP program includes, but is not limited to; basic skills, 

ESL, Citizenship Training and GED/High School Equivalency Diploma preparation)



Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree with a major in Adult Education or related field

Documented ability to plan and implement instructional programs appropriate for 

adult learners

Experience teaching adults in ABE/GED programs or non-traditional alternative programs. 

Multicultural and bilingual experience preferred

Computer competency in MS Office and Windows required

Must pass CORI
