[Reentry-ed] Meeting tomorrow - June 16

Hi all,

 

We're meeting tomorrow at CASES at 3:00 p.m. Here's what I have so far
for the agenda:

*	Report back and follow up from our presentation at the Discharge
Planning Collaborative. As a result of our presentation, the
Collaborative formed an Education Workgroup. We need to give direction
to that group. I'm attaching a copy of the current Discharge Plan used
in the RIDE program. You'll notice that there is a section (top of page
4) entitled "Education/Employment". Unfortunately, the section doesn't
ask any questions about education.
*	Reentry Ed Logo - Choosing the winning design
*	Mayor's Office Alumni group - short film and presentation 
*	Announcements
*	Meeting times and dates?

*Please be prepared to use our Leonard Street entrance & pass through a
security check to enter the building. The building has blue scaffolding
all around it.

               To get here, you can take the A,C,E or #2,3 trains to
Chambers or Canal Streets. The #1 train to Franklin Street and the #4, 5
or 6 trains to Brooklyn/Bridge City Hall are pretty close as well as the
N & R trains to City Hall. Parking around here is a challenge as we're
in lower Manhattan near the Courts/Federal Plaza. However, street
parking or inexpensive lots may be found on Madison, Catherine, Henry,
Monroe, Cherry, Water and Market Slip streets on the lower east side.
