Here are a few strategic planning resources available on the web that you might find useful in the coming months...

Planning For Change Strategic Planning and Program Planning for Nonprofit Groups (http://dsp-psd.communication.gc.ca/Collection/EN1-35-3-2001E.pdf) outlines steps & activities that programs can use in a strategic planning process. It also provides clear examples of goals/objectives/mission & vision statements. 

Page 7 describes two kinds of visions for organizations: external (related to coordination/service integration goals) and internal (related to the partnership development goals).
