   We are very pleased to announce that from March 18 - March 29 Chris Navin
and Bill Campbell from Navin Associates will be our guest moderators on this
community planning list.  Chris and Bill presented the community planning
session at the Directors' Meeting in Lenox last Fall.  Chris was also
instrumental in developing the guidelines for the assessment of assets and
needs and is working with the Boston Programs as they are conducting their
assessments.

    Do you have questions about any of the guidelines?  Have you been unable
to locate any of the required information?  Are you having trouble getting
your partnership involved in doing the assessment?  No question is
unimportant......do take advantage of this great opportunity.
