I was going to respond to all of these conversations, however, I am just
going to say briefly that everything that Dianne McMullen stated holds true
for the Worcester partnership.  No sense clogging up emails.  We are
grateful for the extension, but realize that this extension will allow us
the time to do the job, not just repeat existing data.
