Hi Cathy;  Community Action Agencies across the state are in their 3-year
strategic planning process from now until August.  We have to conduct
in-depth needs assessments, research, asset mapping, etc.   I have offered
our Haverhill partnership the opportunity to "piggy back" on this.  Might be
a good idea for other partnerships to contact their local Community Action
agencies.
