[Partnerships] resource materials for community planning?

Dear Partnerships listserv members,

The Community Planning Partnerships listserv has moved
from Listbot to the LiteracyTent and is officially
'up' again!  You all received an announcement a few
days ago notifying you of the change. 

I'd like to ask a question to the list.  I am
currently updating the Community Planning Resource
Guide.  Do you have any suggestions for resources that
have been particularly helpful to you in your work in
community planning that you would like to share with
colleagues in the guide?  This could include print,
online or other forms of resource materials on topics
related to the community planning process: community
assessment, visioning, strategic planning, partnership
building, leadership, and more.
