Does anyone know when this is supposed to take effect?  At the moment, it
only leads to an AOL site for School: Teachers.  The link/URL is pasted
below, but it may be an internal AOL site, not accessible from outside of
the service.  There is a "Literacy" button within that site at "The
Classroom," but the focus is primarily on children.  Adults are only
mentioned once as far as I can see in passing, under a description for the
ALA.
