[NLA] Action: Fax your Senators and Congressperson now

Through the efforts of the Pennsylvania Association for Adult Continuing Education, hundreds of faxes have been sent to Senators Specter and Santorum as well as Congresspersons.  Issues being addressed include funding for WIA Title II (both the impact of the 2000 census as well as the 2.9% cut) as well as Even Start funding.
