[NLA] Action: Fax your Senators and Congressperson now

A number of Greater Pittsburgh Literacy Council staff and tutors (maybe about 
ten) have sent FAXES to Senators Specter and Santorum as well as to 
Representative Mike Doyle. I know that FAXES have also gone out from the 
Center for Literacy in Philadelphia to our senators as well as 
representatives from the eastern part of the state.
