I should have said, "Did I ever suggest context was UNimportant?

I think that so much about people's behavior is inexplicable until you know 
something about their context, and I feel that way abotu working with 
students, you have to know them, what is important to them as it is gradually 
shared, then you can match your teaching to their context.
