Colleagues:

I want to take a look at the 1975 APL (Adult Performance Level) survey. 
I've read much of the secondary literature, but have not been able to
access primary documents on the APL.  If anyone has access to them, would
they be willing to share with me how to access them or even lend them to
me for a short period?

I'm also trying to find documentary information on the influence of the
APL study on CASAS, which seems fairly direct.

Any assistance along these lines will be greatly appreciated.
