[NLA] NIFL Board nominees

What are the time deadlines on all this?  How long have we got?  

This should be a multi-pronged effort, using several different channels of 
information at once, eg, letters, experts from the field, an alternative 
slate, VALUE members input.

Please, someone reiterate the  multiple strategies that have been floated 
here.  I figure we can "speak up" in multiple ways.  Can anyone take this on 
full time?
