The El Paso one is Blanca Enriquez, executive director Head Start, region 19 
service center, El Paso.  Phyllis Hunter, a school teacher sounds like, spoke 
at the Republican National Convention about what George Bush has done for 
education in Texas.  I checked the whole list, couldn't find an adult 
literacy person there, doesn't mean they aren't there, just that I couldn't 
find them, it seemed (very) early education was the focus.
