[NLA] Democracy on Internet Literacy Lists

For domestic violence it is usually a partner who is in an abusive relationship and doesn't want her partner to read what she writes.
For 9/11 it is usually people who are concerned that their postings will be seen as unpatriotic, may anger the job site's bosses, and therefore these people are scared that they might lose their jobs.

contributors don't want to go on the list?  Thanks.
