[NLA] Info: NIFL 2002 plans to communicate about literacy to policymakers

David, Sorry to use the net serv for this question, can't find your
personal email address. You have mentioned in the NLA Forum, rank number
773, the National Institue for Literacy PSAs. I have searched on the LINCS
site for this info. but can't find it. What information can you give to
me. It would be helpful to have information from anyone who has used these
PSAs.
