Dear all,

Where, then, does this leave us?

I appreciate the response to my query and am still left wondering, 
then -- do we push on ahead to ensure an adult ed presence on the 
board (via learner and/or provider representation)?  Do we also 
advocate more forcefully that NIFL maintain its adult ed focus?  What 
action steps are next?  Do we nominate folks we believe to be 
capable?  Encourage those who wish to come forward to self-nominate?

Where do we find "traction-laden" champions in DC?

This, in addition to many of our concerns for colleagues in MA whom 
we would want to assist in whatever ways we may be able to, may be 
leaving some of us feeling overwhelmed.
