[NLA] Proposed Pennsylvania Gubernatorial Platform

The Pennsylvania Association for Adult Continuing Education has prepared a proposed platform for the 2002 gubernatorial election.  Declaring that Pennsylvania should be a "Right to Learn" state, the platform provides background on key issues and recommendations. The process for its development included input from members during the 2001 Midwinter Conference. It has been submitted to the four likely candidates.  The text is available at:
