<HTML><FONT FACE=arial, helvetica><FONT SIZE=2>Does anyone know when this is supposed to take effect? At the moment, it only leads to an AOL site for School: Teachers. The link/URL is pasted below, but it may be an internal AOL site, not accessible from outside of the service. There is a "Literacy" button within that site at "The Classroom," but the focus is primarily on children. Adults are only mentioned once as far as I can see in passing, under a description for the ALA.
