[NLA] NLA Info: NIFL Board Meeting Summary

I think the results of the NIFL Board are disturbing. Lifespan and
connection to no child left behind suggest that the board does not see its
mission and focus as squarely being adult literacy. EFF is a concern
because EFF's strategy for education does not align well with no child left
behind. Does anyone have more information?
