Thank you for sharing this information wiht us.  The focus of 
prioritizing adult literacy and 'moving "down the life span priority" 
is unsettling, but best left, perhaps for discussion another day.

My question at the moment is about the Adult Literacy Research 
Network -- is this research generally, or is there a particular 
network of which I'm unaware?
