[NLA] Question: Are adult schools or adult diploma programs endangered in your state?

I completely agree.  We need the "structural" figures to back this up, say income distribution  over time  combined with the NALS data in order to show trends.  I haven't thought this out fully,  but it probably goes something like that.  NALS  is a  snapshot, but we do have income information and trends. 1973 is usually taken as the point of departure showing widening income distribution, I think. Anybody  doing work  on this?  Academic/government/individual?
