Jon Randall has reminded me that the NLA netiquette description should 
have included the following:

So that readers may quickly see what kind of message has been posted, 
please preface your subject line item with tags such as the
following:

	Action: ...
	Discussion: ...
	Info: ...
	Question: ...
	Update: ...

Message subject line examples:

[NLA] Action: Contact Senators Now on WIA Reauthorization!
[NLA] Info: National Center for Adult Education Releases Policy Agenda
[NLA] Question: What Research Exists on Adult Learner Computer Use?
