The South Central Literacy Action Conference features a town meeting that
traditionally addresses public policy issues along with individual session
presentations addressing advocacy at all levels.

South Central Literacy Action (SCLA), a non-profit, volunteer organization
affiliated nationally with ProLiteracy America, provides training, support,
and leadership for individuals and programs in Arkansas, Louisiana, Kansas,
Missouri, Texas, and Oklahoma.

We are pleased to announce our upcoming conference June 8th  - 12th   in
Fayetteville, Arkansas.  SCLA has a rich tradition, spanning over 30 years,
of offering quality, affordable conferences.  Five days that include plenary
speakers, instructional presentations, a town meeting and lots of networking
for $ 325, including all meals
an unbeatable conference value! In addition,
Early Bird and student discounts are available.

This year we welcome Dr. Bob Laubach and Marsha Tait as two of our plenary
speakers.
