[NLA] Info: Addendum to FY'03 Appropriations Update

Congress Daily reports that conferees did not reach a final
agreement last night. If one cannot be reached by midnight
tonight, it is likely Congress will pass another continuing
resolution - this time funding federal programs at FY'02
levels for the remainder of FY'03.

This would level fund adult education line items. (No
across-the-board cuts!) Stay tuned.
