[NLA] Summary of Leading from the Middle

I have just finished writing a Summary of "Leading From the Middle:  The
State Role in Adult Education and Literacy", condensing a 37-page document
into a 6-page outline.  Anyone wanting an emailed copy of it may contact me
directly. I plan to distribute it as widely as I can to my board and policy
leaders.  I'd like to see a lot more discussion of the document on this
list, and make this offer in the hope a shorter version will spark dialog.
