[NLA] AAACE-NLA and NCL_Update listservs

As a follow-up to Fran Tracy-Mumford's message from 3/30/03, I would
like to invite any NLA list subscribers who haven't done so to join the
new AAACE-NLA and NCL_Update listservs.  AAACE-NLA is a two-way list
concerned with literacy advocacy.  NCL_Update is a broadcast only list
for national policy updates.  To subscribe to either list, please go to
the AAACE home page:
