[NLA] Return on Investment

Sometimes the answers to questions are right under our noses.  I've just
finished studying NIFL's "fact sheet" on Workforce Education, available at
www.nifl.gov/nifl/facts/workforce.html   
The document contains a great deal of information about the relationship of
educational level to earning power, including earnings in relation to NALS
skill level.  Unemployment information related to educational level is also
included.  Listers interested in this thread will find a visit here most
helpful.
