[NLA] NIFL Letter in the House -- Make it 28!

Finally my Congressman, Albert Wynn (D-MD) agreed to co-sign the NIFL
letter. Heck, I'd better be able to deliver my own Congressman ... :)

Even though you don't do this for a living, you CAN deliver yours too - 27
of your colleagues did!

Those of you with a Republican Congressperson, you can tell his/her
education LA that Anne Northrup, John McHugh, Jim Walsh, Ray LaHood, Tim
Johnson, and Rob Simmons have agreed to co-sign the letter.
