[NLA] GED program participation

I need a piece of information for a grant application that I am revising; I 
can't find anything to indicate that such data exist--does anyone, 
therefore, have any estimate as to the average length of time to completion 
for adults enrolled in formal GED programs? Anyone know of any data from 
the feds, research reports, etc that might give a clue? Private replies 
off-list would be appropriate. My apologies for being somewhat off-topic here!
