[NLA] letters to Congressman

I just spoke with Senator Rothman's legislative director, Rob Zucker, who 
informed me that the Senator just returned to Washington last night, that he 
will show him the letter, and understands the importance of getting a 
signature by 9/30.  He promised to keep me informed of any action Rothman 
takes.  DD
