[NLA] House Dear Colleague Sign-on Update

>From the offices of Reps. Sawyer and Walsh, here is the list of folks who
have agreed to sign letter re: the National Institute for Literacy:

Dale Kildee (D-MI-9), Stephanie Tubbs Jones (D-OH-11): Edward Markey
(D-MA-7); Juanita Millendar-McDonald (D-CA-37); Lane Evans (D-IL-17); Anne
Northrup (R-KY-3); John McHugh (R-NY-24); and Max Sandlin (D-TX-1)

They report that one of the four Millers in the House agreed to sign on too,
but still trying to identify whether its Dan, Gary, George, or Jeff.

Thanks to everyone who helped get the folks above to sign the letter!

We'd better be able to deliver 10-15% of all House members for this letter -
that's 43-65 total. The first nine are in. After you fax your letter and
mail the copies, don't stop calling until your Congressperson has signed on.
Be both polite and persistent!
