[NLA] letters re NIFL Executive Director

I am posting these questions to the listserve because I think the answers 
will help all of us who are writing our Congresspersons.  I am sending a 
letter to my representative, Steven R. Rothman, by fax today.  I will send 
copies to the secretaries of labor, education and hhs, as Jon has indicated 
and he also provided their addresses.  My question is, should these also be 
faxed?  And, should we contact our Senators as well?  Debby D'Amico
