NLA Colleagues,

It is great that so many people on this list have sent Dick Squire
helpful replies to his request for information on workplace education,
but to help keep the NLA list's focus on adult literacy public policy
advocacy, please send any further information about workplace education
directly to Dick (see below), not to the NLA list.
Thank you.

I am seeking information on successful workplace literacy programs.
Specifically I am interested in learning how the model is designed and
delivered (paid staff, volunteers, or combination). I am also
interested in suggestions for overcoming participant's issues of stigma
and shame to encourage their enrollment and continued engagement in the
program. Thank you for any assistance.

Please respond off list serve to RSmail at aol.com.
