Jon,

Your message to congress then would boil down to 5 parts.

1)  We need and appreciate info.
2)  Don't dictate instructional methods
3)  Hold providers accountable for results
4)  Methodologies aren't either/or
5)  Best is using various methodologies during the course of each learner's     
instruction.

Right now, I would sign on to # 1, 4, 5.

I wonder what others would sign on for.
