[NLA] Workplace literacy

Greetings Dick,

In Virginia, there are some 150 work place programs most of which are supported by the local industry.  The local adult education program contracts with the industry to provide the services that are customized for that industry.

They also train brokers who visit industry to help them understand their literacy needs and translate those needs back to the adult ed provider.
