Tony Peyton, the Director or Policy and Public Affairs at the National 
Center for Family Literacy, has called the following to our attention:

The National Governor's Association recently released a new Issue Brief
titled, "Family Literacy: A Strategy for Educational Improvement." This
Issue Brief describes family literacy and innovative state approaches to
