Dear Mev,

Thanks for this inclusion of the summary of an article by E.D.Hirsch Jr. in 
"Policy Review."

For anyone else like me who needs to check out the sources, I will go to the 
web address, read the article, and see if there are citations;  after that I 
will punt.
