I received a call this afternoon from one of Senator Dodd's satff members
who said he'll sign the letter.

Thank you Senator Dodd, and Senator Liebermann also.

Eileen Eckhardt and Steve Bender, perhaps among others, were instrumental
in getting the CT Senators on Board.

Collective coordinated action works!
