CAAL has just published the Federal Role in Adult Literacy: FY2002, a 
compilation of federal programs from which funding for adult 
education and literacy may be available.  The work, CAAL Bulletin 
Issue #1, was compiled by CAAL Board Member Garrett Murphy with 
assistance from Bess Heitner.  The publication is available as a pdf

down the left column, and click on the title.
