[NLA] Alert: Is the NIFL Advisory Board Just the Beginning?

David, Senator Kennedy's Office hear from amny people in the field about the 
Advisory Board Nominees. So did many other offices. Many organizations have 
contacted both Senate and House Members by letter, phone and fax. 
I'M not sure you are correct in saying that tyhe field is not organized 
enough. I don't agree with that. I think we are all trying to sort out what 
we are hearing from 3rd party sources. In Charleston, We had the pleasure of 
hearing Carol D'Amico speak about adult education and the administration 
concern for education. I feel somewhat more confident that we will manage the 
changes which are occuring/ Jay Cretella...
